How to watch full Olympic coverage in NZ
If you already have Sky
Sky is offering extensive Olympics coverage across 12 sports channels. You can add Sky Sport to your subscription for $42 a month during the Olympics.
Sky Sport Now
If you don’t have a Sky subscription, you can watch sports through Sky’s streaming service Sky Sport Now. Sky offers an Olympics Games Paris 2024 Pass for $35, allowing you to stream Sky Sport for the duration of the games. Unlike other subscription options, this pass won’t automatically renew, so you don’t have to worry about cancelling it.
How to watch the Olympics for free
High-profile events will be shown on Sky’s free-to-air channel, Sky Open, formerly known as Prime. Most events featuring New Zealand athletes will be broadcast due to public interest.
Sky Open is available on Freeview channel 15, Sky channel 4 and can be streamed via the free Sky Go app. Sky Open is showing a breakfast review show, evening highlights, a selection of live content from 7pm-9am and event replays from 9am to 5.30pm.
